US Meddles In Ecuador As Region Resists Imperialism w/ Ben Norton

Investigative journalist and Grayzone editor Ben Norton joined Soapbox’s Rania Khalek for an Instagram live discussion about the elections in Ecuador, where leftists join Bolivia and Venezuela in fighting back and winning against US imperialism as part of a new pink tide of resistance sweeping Latin America.

But the US efforts to push neoliberal policies onto the region are still in full swing, including backing a psuedo-left spoiler candidate in the Ecuadorian elections.
