A year after the withdrawal from Afghanistan, the country is facing horrendous conditions and $9 billion of their reserves are still frozen by Western banks.
Peace activist, retired U.S. Army colonel and State Dept. official Ann Wright addresses the situation. She was part of the team that opened the U.S. embassy in Afghanistan in the early 2000s and resigned in protest of the Iraq invasion.
