As the Russian-German Nord Stream 2 pipeline nears completion, US desperation to stop it grows.

From poisoning one of Washington’s own proxies in Russia, to threatening sanctions against its own ally – Germany – to goating Kiev to start a war with Russia – US desperation now risks potentially triggering a deadly war on mainland Europe.

It is quite clear that the US – not Russia or “disobedient” allies in Western Europe – is the largest obstacle to global peace and stability.
