What the Latest US Drone Strike on Afghanistan Tells Us About US Foreign Policy
The United States claims on August 27, 2021 to have killed the “planner” of a terrorist attack on US troops and civilians at Afghanistan’s international airport in Kabul which took place a day earlier.
Between the questionable nature of “solving” the crime so quickly to flying anti-ISIS drone strikes out of a nation identified by the US government itself as a state-sponsor of ISIS, to the notion of assuming no civilians died – the US is once again demonstrating to the world that it is by far the greatest danger to peace and stability around the globe.
