The West has pressured nations like Russia and Thailand and even Myanmar more recently to allow protesters to have free rein in their cities’ streets.
But as protests take to the streets in the West – this same “human right” is being suspended because of “COVID-19” and other excuses. It is another example of the West’s hypocrisy and an illustration of how the West hides behind these principles rather than truly standing for them.
Another important point to note is that protests in Russia and Southeast Asia are being sponsored by the West – meaning the West will seek to promote them no matter what concerns there may be regarding human health, pandemics, or security and stability.
