Mujtaba may turn the war against America into an ideological one

What exactly does he mean when he says that “the free people of the world will soon take on” the responsibility of avenging his martyr father’s blood? And why would the next bombings target the UAE and “Haifa”?

Two major developments occurred in the last 24 hours. As soon as the historic funeral procession for the martyr Imam Ali Khamenei was completed, they indicated that the American-Iranian war would expand beyond its current regional framework, which was limited to naval battles and maritime corridors, to a broader ideological and regional horizon that threatened global security and stability, far exceeding its current geographical scope.

• The first and most important development that drew our attention was Imam Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei’s “historic” declaration, in which he vowed to punish his martyred father’s murderers. He declared, “This revenge and retribution for his blood and all other martyrs has become a popular demand, and the killers of the late leader should know that they will be held accountable for their crimes and that the free people around the world will soon fulfil part of this revenge mission.” He also stated, “Our people call for revenge for the blood of Hussein, and today they demand revenge for his blood and the blood of the Hussainis of this time.”

• The second development is a serious threat mentioned in a report by the official Iranian news agency, Fars, which confirms that “the targeting of Washington’s airstrikes on strategic Iranian railway infrastructure in northeastern Iran represents an escalation in the conflict, moving it from the navigation scope in the Strait of Hormuz to bombing and destroying the infrastructure linked to international trade routes, which will open up broader scenarios that may

The following points summarise the significance of the first and most important development, as well as what was included in the first statement of the new Iranian leader, Mr Mojtaba, after the extraordinary and historic task of burying his father in contemporary times:

• First, consider the revenge for martyr Ali Khamenei’s and his family’s blood as an extension of the vengeance for martyr Hussein and his family in Karbala. The implication means that the current war may turn into a long-term ideological and religious conflict that does not stop at Iranian borders, involving hundreds of millions of Muslims and Shia community members first and Ahl al-Bayt supporters in other Islamic sects.

• Second, Mr Mojtaba swore and pledged in the statement that the act of vengeance would not be restricted to Iranians, stating literally, “The free people in various parts of the world will perform part of the mission of avenging the martyr Ali Khamenei and other martyrs.”

• Third, this explicit hint may reflect the recruitment of cells from Iran’s supporters and enemies of the United States and “Israel” in the region and around the world to strike economic, human, and possibly embassy targets, similar to what the Palestinian resistance did in the 1970s and 1980s in Europe, as well as in some capitals in South America, particularly Buenos Aires in Argentina, where fingers were pointed at “Hezbollah”.

The second development, which is equally serious, involves responding in kind to American aircraft and missile strikes on Iranian “civilian” railway towers and opening up broader scenarios that could include the ports of Jebel Ali in the UAE, Haifa in the occupied territories, and other ports in countries with American bases in the future.

This development means that the economic war, which began with the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and the detention of oil tankers carrying 20 million barrels per day, or one-fifth of global oil exports, will spread to other economic sectors, paralysing the vital nerve centres of the global economy.

Iran will be different following the million-strong funeral of hero Imam Ali Khamenei and members of his family, including his wife, daughter, one of his grandchildren, and son-in-law. It will inevitably shift from a defensive to an offensive posture, and it may take the lead in broadening fronts in the Middle East and around the world.

The current state of terror and panic experienced by US President Donald Trump as a result of information received by US intelligence is not from the occupying state of Israel but from Iran itself, which leaked the text of Mr Mojtaba’s first and most important statement regarding the pledge to avenge his father’s blood from his killers, primarily President Trump and, secondarily, Benjamin Netanyahu and his generals. The situation is not secret, and the remark is now visible to everyone on social media.

It is reasonable for President Trump to be at the top of the assassination list, given that he has spoken about assassinating the martyr Imam Khamenei and prioritising the downfall of the existing Iranian Islamic system. The confusion he felt during his stay in Ankara for the NATO meeting is understandable. This state was mirrored in his changing three planes on his route back to Washington as a kind of deception, sending his presidential plane provided to him by Qatar (worth half a billion dollars) to London and then returning to Washington with his old presidential plane amidst extremely high security.

Finally, we pause to consider Trump’s threats, in which he stated he would destroy Iran if it sought to assassinate him and succeeded, confirming that 1,000 missiles are ready to fire and targeted at the Islamic Republic of Iran, followed by thousands more.

Trump said that they want to assassinate him, that he is the top target, and that the US military is ready and eager to retaliate. The question is whether his aspirations to destroy Iran after his assassination are justified. We will leave the solution to this hypothetical query for the coming days and months.
