ZHANG Sheng is a non-resident visiting scholar at Koç University Center for Asian Studies in Istanbul, Türkiye. His areas of research interests include but are not limited to the evolution and vicissitude of China-Middle East relations, history of China’s solidarity-building campaigns with anti-colonial liberation movements in the developing world, and Chinese diplomacy from the establishment of the People’s Republic of China until today.
