On September 12, 2021, US-backed mobs carrying out daily violence in the Din Daeng area of Bangkok, Thailand threw explosives at police, critically wounding one officer.
Despite the extensive damage to the right side of this police officer’s face in this extreme, inhumane act of violence, the Western English-language media and Western-funded “human rights” organizations remained utterly silent and instead complained about arrests of protesters made that same night.
I provide the full details of this horrific attack, and demonstrate specific media personalities from Reuters, BBC, and Channel News Asia consciously and deliberately omitting mention of this act of violence and how it fits into a wider pattern of selective reporting and propaganda.
