▪️Such a desperate move demonstrates how effective Russia’s strategy of attrition has been, including in the realm of air defense capabilites;
▪️Patriot systems are also scarce, with additional systems being pledged at least partially to cover losses of previously pledged equipment;
▪️As Ukrainian air defenses deteriorate, Russian missile strikes will have a growing effect, allowing Russia to hit a larger number of targets per salvo as the need to saturate air defenses diminishes;
