The headline likely leads many to believe the 37 deaths mentioned all occurred at the hospital;
In the article, it admits only 2 died at the hospital out of *at least* 600 people located there;
The main building was not even hit, but damaged by a nearby blast;
It clearly was not a direct attack on the hospital itself, but great effort is being put into convincing people it was;
For CNN and the rest of the Western media, what really happened doesn’t matter, just how this incident can be used to prolong this conflict further and cause more death and destruction;
