‘We Won’t Hide’: Palestine Movement Will Take the Fight to ICE’s Front Door

Roua Dass, an organizer with the Palestinian Youth Movement, joins the show to discuss a major mobilization for Palestine in Washington, DC, on April 5. As the Trump administration escalates its crackdown on pro-Palestine student activists and Israel continues the genocide in Gaza, Dass says the protests show how his moves have backfired and galvanized the movement.

Activists plan to march to the headquarters of ICE, the agency most directly responsible for enforcing Trump’s wave of repression against students who have spoken out against genocide. “We know that hiding won’t save us— it only makes us weaker,” Dass says. “So we are marching to ICE to show we are not scared, and these scare tactics have only further motivated us to organize.”
