Battle in Kansas: First Referendum on Abortion Rights in Post-Roe Era
On August 2nd, Kansas will be the first state to vote on an abortion ballot measure since the Supreme Court overturned the federal right to abortion in the Dobbs decision. This measure would amend the Kansas Bill of Rights to state that there’s no state constitutional right to abortion.
