‘A Humanitarian Crisis’: Understanding Sudan’s Civil War
Thousands have been killed and millions have been displaced as the war in Sudan continues in its ninth month. Six million people have been displaced so far by the war which started when the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), formerly ruling partners in the military junta, began fighting each other on April 15.
Mosaab Baba, a researcher on Sudan, explains the current situation in the country.
