Land Day- MES EP.203

Forty-Seven years ago On March 30, Israeli police shot and killed six Palestinian natives as they were protesting the Israeli government’s expropriation of thousands of donums of Palestinian land.

Since then, March 30 has been known as Land Day. It has become a major commemorative date in the Palestinian political calendar and an important event in the Palestinian collective narrative– one that emphasizes Palestinian resistance to Israeli occupation, colonization and steadfastness.

Meanwhile, Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyid Abd al-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, drew the features of the next phase of steadfastness in the face of the US-Saudi coalition of aggression, with decisive affirmations of the commitment of the national position and the impossibility of accepting the enemies’ prevarications aimed at circumventing the determinants of a just peace.

With stern warning messages, al-Houthi affirmed readiness to engage in a new combat year with advanced, both far and wide-reaching military capabilities with a bank of strategic goals, in case the countries of aggression insisted on obduracy.
