Ukrainian strikes on Russian energy/refinery infrastructure has negligible/temporary impact, according to the Pentagon.
Western media focus on the 14% disruption & ignore both how temporary it was & the fact energy revenues have actually *increased* for Russia.
To permanently disrupt Russian infrastructure, Ukraine would need to use not scores or even hundreds of drones & missiles, but thousands of them just as Russia is using on Ukraine.
Until then, these attacks primarily fulfill a public relations role.
