Russia Maintains Artillery Advantage After Years of Proxy War in Ukraine

▪️This video from Russia’s Min. Of Defense shows 152mm Malva self-propelled guns, produced to augment Russia’s large number of tracked SPGs;

▪️Combined new & refitted artillery pieces have given Russia a numerical advantage throughout the conflict – combined with vastly greater & STANDARDIZED artillery shells, engines, & other spare parts creating a logistical & maintenence advantage as well;

▪️Ukraine depends on a mixture of Soviet and NATO guns, chassis, and ammunition creating a vast number of incompatible systems requiring their own training, maintenance, and logistical pipelines PLUS fewer overall guns and FAR fewer artillery shells;

▪️Those familiar with my work know this problem persisted for the US and its proxies since the start of the war – years now passing and still nothing done to rectify it;

Profit vs. Purpose…
