China Releases Paper Regarding Latin America, Opposes Regional Domination by Any Third-party

▪️The paper discusses continued win-win cooperation with Latin American nations across all fields;

▪️It emphasizes that China’s approach does not seek to exclude third parties outside Latin America (including the US) nor will tolerate any third party attempting to exclude China from cooperation with Latin America;

▪️The real question will be how China can help nations in the region defend against US coercion, political capture, or outright military aggression – considering the US’ domination of global information space and its still potent ability to project  military power, especially in the Western hemisphere.

China, at the moment, cannot even prevent US interference, destabilization, and political capture along China’s own borders (Nepal, Southeast Asia, its own island province of Taiwan, etc).
