The US-Israeli plot to incorporate Lebanon into Syria will fail

The first step towards “Abraham’s Peace” is the speedy normalisation of Lebanon.

The creation of Greater Syria, uniting Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Jordan, is the main slogan of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, founded by the late Anton Saada. We doubt that Thomas Barak, the American ambassador to Lebanon and Syria, has chosen to join this group. More significantly, it is evident that he is enthusiastic about the merger of Lebanon into “Syria (Ahmed Al-Shara), because they represent a wonderful civilisation.”

Mr Barrack, a Lebanese national, made this shocking revelation during his speech at the Doha Strategic Forum on Friday. He has already discussed this step, demonstrating that it is not a blunder or a casual remark but rather a carefully considered strategic plan by the Donald Trump-led American administration, which strongly adheres to the ideology of peace enforced by force. Benjamin Netanyahu, Likud, and the Israeli occupation state are specifically enforcing this in an effort to impose it on the Middle East to advance Abrahamic peace and clear the path for Greater Israel.

Along with his boss, Trump, Mr Barak has insisted on disarming “Hamas” in the Gaza Strip and “Hezbollah” in Lebanon as part of this strategy to incorporate Lebanon into the “New Syria”. The resistance armaments in Palestine, Lebanon, and potentially Yemen severely hamper this plan. They must therefore be eliminated as soon as possible, either by force and airstrikes or by discussions (another trap).

The statement made by Mr Barak himself following the “historic” meeting that took place in the White House between the interim Syrian president (Al-Shara) and the American president Donald Trump represents the “greatest achievement” that the United States has achieved by changing the regime in Syria, which President Al-Shara and his supporters are commemorating the first anniversary of today. Following that, Barak stated, “Al-Shara’s joining the international coalition to eliminate the terrorist organisation ISIS came after he approved of a pledge to combat terrorist organisations in the region, especially Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, and the West Bank.”

The “legitimate” foundation for incorporating Lebanon with Syria transforms the country, eliminates its structure and identity, and dismantles its existing political, sectarian, and socioeconomic makeup. Within the framework of a new and expanded Middle Eastern security system that hoists the “Abraham Accord” flag, which will be adorned with the blue, six-pointed Star of David, this favours sectarian-based rule, led by Ahmad al-Shara, under the American-Israeli wing.

Israel’s repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement—more than 7,000 to date—as well as its ongoing raids on Lebanon, especially the southern suburbs of Beirut, Hermel, Baalbek, and the Shiite stronghold of Hezbollah—as well as the threat of a full-scale, devastating war against Lebanon—all serve as pressure on the Lebanese government to submit to American-Israeli demands and raise the white flag. Israel occupies territory to remain there, signs contracts to violate them, and takes but refuses to give. Why is it spread throughout five regions in southern Lebanon? Since the maritime border demarcation agreement, has Lebanon extracted its gas and oil? Did it occupy the majority of southern Syria?

The stated reason for preventing a new and full-scale Israeli invasion of Lebanon is a painful factor that has led the ruling Lebanese authority to begin conceding to these efforts. Without a referendum or parliamentary debate, the first step is to agree to take part in the Naqoura summit and engage in direct talks with the Israeli occupying state through a “mechanism,” or ceasefire monitoring committee. The United States sponsored the first summit a week ago, resulting in agreements on economic and security issues. The second meeting is scheduled for this month’s December 19. They convince the Lebanese that it is neither a peace treaty nor normalisation, and the media and political establishments accept and propagate this lie.

Notably, Druze leader Walid Jumblatt and Speaker of the House of Representatives Mr. Nabih Berri acknowledged yesterday, Sunday, during their bilateral discussion at President Berri’s office, that they “reject” negotiations with Israel under fire. If Israel stops bombing southern Lebanon, the Bekaa Valley, and the southern suburbs, it may spread. The “bombardment” alone is the issue, not the face-to-face meetings or the normalisation of the military and economy. Everything will be alright if the bombardment ceases.

This marks the beginning of normalisation and the first step towards Lebanon’s and Syria’s accession to the Abraham Accords, which would complete the quorum by surrounding the occupying state with a coalition of normalising conflict states. The leadership of the occupying state and the United States will be able to concentrate on the second and most crucial step, which is the creation of a “Greater Israel” over all Syrian, Lebanese, and Palestinian territories, as well as the majority of Iraq, northern Saudi Arabia, including Mecca and Medina, northern Egypt, and the entire Sinai. The former confrontation states will then become future protector states.

As Arab armies and governments fall to the occupying state, we discuss a clear Israeli-American plan being executed in bloody instalments. We are grateful to the resistance in Gaza, which defied this norm and has never shied away from making sacrifices to preserve what little dignity the country still has. It will not hoist the white flags; it is the ember beneath the ashes of submission and resignation. And we are separated by the days.
