The “New Syria” and The Israeli military occupation

Why has the international community ignored its appeals? Why can’t we accept rumours of a Turkey-Israel battle in Syria?
After four months of silence since taking power after President Bashar al-Assad’s overthrow, President Ahmad al-Shara (formerly al-Julani)’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli bombing and incursion in Daraa Governorate and called for an international investigation into Tel Aviv’s violations of its sovereignty and crimes against its citizens.
Israeli violations of Syrian territories like Quneitra, Jabal al-Shaib, and the southern buffer zone, as well as the destruction of military airports, equipment, and weapon depots of the former regime, intensified, leading to this remarkable stance. Instead, they intensified the bombing of residential gatherings in Koya, a community in western Daraa, killing six Syrians and injuring others, some fatally.
We doubt the president’s genuine request to the international community for action will be answered for several reasons.
One: “Israel,” not the former Syrian dictatorship, invades, occupies, and kills Syrians. Thus, this “society” under US influence will condone these transgressions and do nothing.
The second: The Syrian change process succeeded in overthrowing the old regime. Currently, “New Syria” does not threaten Israel. The current leadership’s categorisation as a terrorist group, the country’s deteriorating living circumstances, massacres and sectarian purges, and sanctions and economic boycotts support this claim.
Third, the US-led international community supports Israel’s aim to divide Syria into “mini” sectarian, religious, and ethnic nations. It seeks to eliminate Syria’s threat to Israel.
In recent days, the Hebrew media has widely reported purposeful and intentional Israeli leaks, which we doubt. The expanding Turkish “hegemony” over the new Syrian leadership worries Israeli authorities, according to these sources. Turkey has not threatened Israel since WWII.
From the start, the new Syrian regime’s leadership has sworn not to use Syria as a springboard for military action against neighbours, especially “Israel.” Turkey has diplomatic and economic ties with the occupying state.
Israeli emphasis on negotiations between the Damascus authority and its Turkish counterpart to establish a military base in the Tadmur Governorate east of Homs is meant to confuse to justify Israeli occupation and violations of Syrian sovereignty. The Syrian and Turkish sides are close allies, and the Turkish role in overthrowing the previous regime and supporting the current regime to power has made Syria a Turkish military, political, and economic base with US support.
David Ben-Gurion’s vision is the primary scenario being pursued under American leadership to reorganise the new Middle East to fit Israeli circumstances. “The destruction of the Arab armies in three countries: Iraq, Syria, and Egypt is what makes Israel great, not its nuclear bomb or its military arsenal,” he claims.
American administrator Paul Bremer disbanded the Iraqi army as his first action following the 2003 invasion.
Though for different reasons, the army was treated similarly by the new Syrian leadership. The Egyptian army is the only one left. We think that American and Israeli dark rooms are stepping up their efforts to subvert it, either voluntarily or through coercion, with the assistance of certain Arab regimes. Gaza might be the trap, and time is running out.
