Thai Coronation Day: How and Why Western Lies Target Thailand’s Monarchy

Thailand celebrates the coronation of King Rama 10 on May 4th. The Thai monarchy has been a source of unity and fierce independence for the Thai nation for centuries. Thailand is the only nation in Southeast Asia to avoid Western colonization.

Because the Thai monarchy is a source of Thai strength it has been a target of those who seek to divide and destroy Thailand, especially Anglo-American interests. Media outlets and organizations promoting anti-monarchy sentiment and promoting anti-monarchy protests are funded by the US through the notorious National Endowment for Democracy (NED) as well as various European governments.

This is important to understand when looking at news about Thailand. If fronts like Voice of America and the BBC lie about everything else, would Thailand be the first thing they are telling the truth about?
