Zahran Mamdani and the arrogant Trump meeting

Why should we thank God that he did not go to an Arab country? Is it likely that Netanyahu will consider visiting New York after today?

During the press conference that followed their visit to the White House office, President Donald Trump appeared humble in front of Zahra Mamdani, a prominent Muslim social democrat. Trump has retracted his accusations and criticisms of his opponent, despite having “humiliated” all Arab and Muslim leaders he has met. In contrast, this young refugee opponent has stood firm in all of his positions, not conceding an inch or apologising for any of them, particularly his accusation that Trump is using American tax dollars to fund the war of extermination, starvation, and ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip.

This “lion” Trump, whom Arabs greeted with a carpet embroidered with more than 5 trillion dollars during his three-day tour, was like a timid lamb in front of Zahran. He backtracked, apologising for referring to him as a communist, fanatic, and maniac, and backed down from his threats to withdraw his American citizenship, imprison him, and deport him. He stated that Zahran is a logical man, not an extreme jihadist, who wants to make New York City great again, and he offered to financially back him in achieving this aim.

Trump never dared to confront the topic of arresting Benjamin Netanyahu if he set foot in his city. When journalists approached him about this, he avoided the topic, claiming that it was not on the agenda for discussion.

Trump’s shameful retreat from all of his aggressive and racist stances, in contrast to Zahran Mamdani’s unwavering adherence to all of his principles and humanitarian values, most notably his victory for the martyrs of Gaza and their pure blood, is the first and most visible public manifestation of the significant and radical change that is no longer limited to the United States but is sweeping the entire world. Racism, oppression, and colonial attitudes or practices have no place in modern society, whether in the West, East, North, or South.

Zahran Mamdani, a young man of only 34 years old, has become a symbol of the American youth that rose against arrogant colonial authority on campuses and on the streets. He embodies the new Western democracy, and he rose to the top of New York, the largest city and possibly the wealthiest American state, not through inheritance, fraud, Zionist lobby support, or Arab and Islamic money, but through the votes of the honourable and the poor, with whom he sided. In his electoral campaign, he stated that he would focus his efforts on delivering and upgrading decent free services for people, as well as lowering the cost of living in their state.

We thank God that Zahraan, the Indian Muslim, immigrated to the United States of America rather than the wealthy Arab countries, where he would have been treated as an immigrant without rights, respect, citizenship, identity, or belonging and as a fifty-first-class citizen.

The Arab and Islamic nations, born into the humiliation and degradation that they are currently facing, will not continue and will inevitably come to an end, sooner than we imagine, because of their commitment to America and Israel rather than their people and beliefs.

A new Zahraan Mamdani will emerge soon, a leader of the Arab Spring inspired by the principles, ethics, and accomplishments of the righteous predecessors and their emblems in numerous disciplines. The future Zahraan will not be intimidated by “Israel”, nor will he bow down and kiss the shoes of the White House occupant.
