Scott Ritter is a former Marine Corps intelligence officer who served in the former Soviet Union implementing arms control treaties, in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm, and in Iraq overseeing the disarmament of WMD.

Mr. Ritter’s analysis is always the best. There’s only 1 thing I can recall that I have not agreed with, and that was the so-called “Wagner rebellion”. It seems it was one of the best psy-ops so far by Mr. Putin, which allowed to bring THOUSANDS of Russian troops to the front line… without raising alarm in the West… to find out who was for and was against Mr. Putin…. plus getting some of the BILLIONS of $ going to Ukraine… as well as moving Wagner out of Russia Proper, and making sure it’s closer where it’ll be needed soon….Thank you
