Lebanese award-winning journalist Hala Jaber joins the show to discuss how, despite Israel’s repeated violations of its ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah and its refusal to withdraw its forces beyond the 60-day deadline, thousands of Lebanese residents are returning to their homes in the South in defiance of Israel’s occupation.
Jaber says, “The residents decided they weren’t waiting for Israel and Washington—they decided to go forth and reclaim their own villages.”
