A glimpse into the near future
In just a few months, the future of years of the so-called “collective West” and thus, inevitably, of the entire world will be decided. Making predictions about the future is not easy and often one is resoundingly proved wrong by events, but I nevertheless tried to do so with Paul Craig Roberts, whom many readers will remember for his sharp and in-depth knowledge of American politics.
The following interview starts with two necessary questions on Covid, because it was as if the epidemic had been deliberately imposed on the whole of humanity and not only by media means. It continues by dwelling on the ongoing war in the Russian-speaking territories of the Donbas and the genocide of the Palestinian people at the hands of the Israeli executioners. In this regard, it is worth recalling the hypocritical Western approach and the American pressure on the International Criminal Court not to judge the actions of the Zionist entity, whose current leader, Benjamin Netanyahu, justifies the immense bloodbath before our eyes by citing Deuteronomy and the massacre of Amalek.
Who will the White House go to after the next elections in November? Roberts is not very optimistic about The Donald‘s future, even in the event of a clear Trump victory.
1) Dr. Roberts, what legacy did leave in America both the Covid pandemic and the way it was dealt with?
A) Covid left large numbers of dead and permanently health-impaired Americans, a toll that is rising with the new turbo-cancers and new diseases never before encountered. Babies, young children, and athletes in their prime are dying from heart attacks. People are learning that they were lied to and that cures such as Ivermectin and HCQ were withheld from them in order to maximize Big Pharma’s profits from the “vaccines”. Also, the lockdowns destroyed many family businesses, reduced supply, and caused inflation that the central bank is combatting with high interests, thus threatening another financial crisis. The Ultimate effect is to reduce people’s confidence in government and medical authorities.
2) Was Covid necessary to bring Joe Biden into the White House and thus arrive at the current situation, domestic and international?
A) Biden was brought to office by stealing the election. Covid had nothing to do with it. It is easy for Democrats to steal elections, because they control the large cities in the six so-called “swing states”. There is no independent check on the voting process or on the counting of the votes.
3) As an economist who worked in the first Reagan administration, can you explain what condition the American economy is today and if the solutions you found to solve the American economic problems of the mid-1970s are still feasible?
A) In the 1980s the Reagan administration was able to correct the deficiency in Keynesian demand management by adding the supply-side element. Today the problems are far different. US industry has been offshored to Asia and Mexico thereby depriving Americans of high productivity, high value-added employment and incomes, the federal reserve’s zero interest rate policy for more than a decade has created financial and real estate bubbles, and millions of immigrant-invaders have been allowed into the country for whom there are insufficient jobs. US sanctions have weakened the US dollar as reserve currency, thus raising the possibility that the US will eventually be unable to finance its massive debt.
4) In your opinion, is it correct to link the aggressiveness of American foreign policy only to the economic problems of the US system?
A) US foreign policy has always been aggressive. US aggressiveness has nothing whatsoever to do with US economic problems. Just think about the large number of foreign governments the US has overthrown since 1950. The Iranian government was the first. American Exceptionalism has ruled the CIA and Department of State since 1950. Washington is so aggressive that it has substituted its own self-serving rules for international law. When Washington speaks of a rules-based order, it means its rules. The Soviet collapse gave rise to the even more aggressive neoconservatives who assert America’s right to hegemony over the world. Russia, China, and Iran refuse to submit to US hegemony. Hence, they are declared to be enemies.
5) Let’s look at Ukraine… are the Russians mere invaders or did they have real reasons to intervene in the Donbas?
A) The Russians did not invade Ukraine. They went into the former Russian province, Donbas, to drive out the Ukrainians who were attacking the Russian population there.
6) Both Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande have publicly acknowledged that the Minsk agreements were seen by the West as just a means to buy time and arm the Ukrainians against Russia….
A) This was obvious from 2014, but not to Putin until 2022. If Putin had accepted the Donbas vote, as he did the Crimea vote, and taken Donbas back into Russia in 2014 there would have been no war. But Putin misjudged Washington and gave Washington 8 years to create and train a Ukrainian army.
7) Several times you have written that Vladimir Putin has made mistakes in his relations with the West. Doesn’t it seem to you that the Russian leadership is instead trying to avoid a world war, a prospect that certain Western “clubs” instead like?
A) Actually, Putin is causing a world war by letting a conflict continue that he could quickly end without nuclear weapons. What we have seen is that the longer the conflict continues, the more the West becomes involved and the conflict widens. The West is now actively involved in the conflict and there are French Foreign Legion troops in the fighting. Russia, expecting a NATO intervention, is now conducting tactical nuclear weapon drills. Putin is trying to be a Goody Two Shoes and limit Russia to evicting Ukrainian forces from eastern and southern Ukraine, which have Russian populations. Consequently, he hasn’t used Russia’s ability to destroy the government in Kiev and shut down Ukraine’s infrastructure, thus permitting Ukraine to continue the conflict. The longer the conflict continues, the more it widens, and the greater the chance of spinning out of control.
8) Let’s talk about Palestine. Is Israel a genocidal State?
A) Israel is certainly committing genocide. Israeli ministers themselves have said that their goal is a final solution to the Palestinian problem. The US is complicit in the genocide because Washington supplies the money, bombs, and missiles, and the diplomatic cover.
9) Where are the ‘secular’ intellectuals who often laugh about Christianity and Islam?
A) In the US intellectuals who criticize Israel lose their jobs and are “cancelled”.
10) What should we expect from the coming months until the next American elections in November? Will Biden be reappointed or will Trump return to the White House?
A) All polls show that Biden has no possibility of winning an honest vote count. The Democrats initially hoped that by keeping Trump in trials, he would be unable to campaign for president. However, the trials have created more support for Trump because people see the trials as not legitimate. Perhaps the Democrats will use Democrat judges and juries to convict him, but this would be explosive for Democrats as it would be seen as a coup and interference with the presidential election. Consequently, there is now growing evidence that the Democrats are setting up their vote-stealing apparatus. Possibly the Democrats will allow Trump to return to office, banking on their ability to prevent him from accomplishing anything as they did during his first term with the goal of demoralizing the people that anything can be done. It is difficult to identify strong, capable people in the Republican Party on whom Trump as President could rely. I suspect that if Trump is elected, unless he betrays his supporters like the current Republican Speaker of the House has done, and joins the ruling establishment, the CIA will assassinate him. What goes unrecognized is that in the last few years the US has undergone a revolution or a coup. The Democrat Party is today an anti-white party. Not only does Biden have open borders but also recruits immigrant-invaders from 160 countries. The official figure is that there are now 30.000.000 illegal aliens in the US and they are arriving at the rate of 3,600,000 annually. Constitutional protections of civil rights are ignored. Congress has just passed a law criminalizing criticism of Jews and Israel. US law schools teach that the US Constitution, the foundation of the country, is a racist document of white supremacy. By teaching this, as does also the New York Times’ 1619 Project, the oath to defend the Constitution required by public office holders is undermined. If truth can be known, the US government is no longer an American government. It is a criminal organization, the agenda of which is a one-party dictatorship. The achievement of a one-party dictatorship is the agenda of the anti-white Democrat Party.
