▪️RAND has withdrawn its overhyped report calling for “stabilizing the US-China rivalry,” not that the existence of this paper outweighed the many more calling for escalation or the actual, implemented policies escalating conflict faster than ever before;
▪️The paper itself was sponsored by irrelevant corners of US policymaking, unlike other papers blueprinting war with Russia and China sponsored and used by the US government and military;
▪️The interests pushing this hostile policy are organized fundamentally around the perpetual pursuit of power & wealth, and like the scorpion crossing the river with the fox, even when its own survival is at stake, cannot overcome its fundamental, hostile nature;
