You can clearly see ISIS was flowing over the borders of NATO-member Turkiye and Jordan which both hosted US troops and according to the NYT CIA operators overseeing the arming of militants.

ISIS dried up when Russia attacked and cut its lines of communication to its US-led sponsors.

This is another example of how extensive US use of terrorism is as a means of advancing foreign policy all while posing as “fighting” ISIS.

If the US was clearly sponsoring ISIS, what wouldn’t the US do? Who wouldn’t it work with against targeted nations?
