Poland will produce up to 48 launchers expected to be delivered between 2027-2029;
Launchers are just one component of the Patriot air defense system, which also requires the much more sophisticated/expensive/difficult to produce command units and radar stations;
The number of available launchers is irrelevant if the number of missiles they are to fire cannot be produced in large enough numbers.
Russia has fired 1,000s of missiles into Ukraine per year while only 550 Patriot interceptors are produced in the same period;
