EXTRA: US “Rescue” Mission in Iran May Have Been Failed Ground Raid, 2023 Training Mission Suggests

  • A recent supposed “search and rescue” mission in Iran involving a downed F-15 and A-10 warplane required at least 2 C-130 transport airplanes deployed to an abandoned airfield where MH-6 helicopters were deployed;
  • The C-130s were reported “stuck” and subsequently destroyed along with the 4 MH-6 helicopters they brought in;
  • In 2023 the exact same mission was being practiced in the middle of Wyoming along a highway using similar equipment including C-130s, MH-6s, and A-10 warplanes;
  • This raises the possibility the mission in Iran – just like the training mission in Wyoming – was in fact part of an ongoing ground operation to develop combat power inside Iran rather than for search and rescue and that the mission was compromised and ended as a costly search, rescue, and evacuation mission;
